Visits
Come visit us and discover the medieval history of Molina de Segura. The MUDEM, which uses its premises to show the town’s medieval wall remains appeared in 2004, will be an interactive experience with state-of-the-art technologies that can immerse the visitor in the everyday life of Molina during the Middle Ages.
There will be room for everything, both for a more formal knowledge of medieval history and for its exploration through interactive and technological games which encourage the audience to go beyond the mere contemplation of the remains.
It is worth highlighting that these remains actually represent a milestone in cultural heritage. 125 metres of medieval fence where several mortar towers stand out, and which features as its most important elements –both scientifically and in visual terms– the return-bend door and the nonagonal tower, the latter being unparalleled in its time.
A journey through time which takes us from the 11th to the 16th century in a surprising museum where we can play with feelings and the senses entering magical spaces.
